Liability Notice

Despite careful review, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of linked sites are solely responsible for their content. At the time of linking, no illegal content was identifiable on the linked pages. Permanent monitoring of linked content without specific indication of a violation is unreasonable. Upon becoming aware of violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Restaurant websites created by users of RestaurantAI are user-generated content. RestaurantAI acts as a hosting service provider and is not liable for user-generated content pursuant to Art. 6 of the Digital Services Act, provided we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to illegal content upon obtaining actual knowledge.
